  • Confirm your mobile number with the code sent to you by SMS.
  • The council reviews the request during working hours.
  • Once it is approved, pay the fee online by card from the request tracking page.
  • The letter is issued straight away as an electronically signed and stamped PDF with a QR code for verification.
